Wondrous items with charges can never be intelligent. A wizard-merchant named Syndra Silvane is wasting away, and she has hired you to join an expedition to Chult to find a cure. Intelligent items have extra abilities and sometimes extraordinary powers and special purposes. An 01 result indicates the wondrous item is intelligent, 02-31 indicates that something (a design, inscription, or the like) provides a clue to its function, and 32-100 indicates no special qualities. Usually use-activated or command word, but details vary from item to item. Performing multiple dashes in this way will only count as using one one charge. Triple dash allows you to perform a dash arcana up to three times in quick succession by holding the attack button. Increases the damage of movement arcana by 15 and you gain a triple dash but lowers movement speed. Anyone can use a wondrous item (unless specified otherwise in the description). Flashy Boots is a relic in Wizard of Legend. And just like above, you can continue to press forward into it to score multiple blocks, and thus multiple heals (and enemy stuns).This is a catch-all category for anything that doesn’t fall into the other groups. It does seem to be able to block some "zone" attacks like the Ice Knight's Chill Zone (Rank-3 attack). Afterward you can simply keep holding forward into the rest of the attack to successfully guard it, as I demonstrate here. Attacks that approach the player from above seem to be unblockable. The gauntlets only seem to be able to block attacks that fly directly toward the player across the ground.But this can be particularly useful for un-enhanced spells that need to charge up, like Grasping Earth, Shock Nova, Aqua Breaker or Raging Inferno. Your melee attacks have no cooldown, but stronger spells can take up to 10 seconds to recharge. Instead, all spells operate on cooldowns. Since these gauntlets cause a STUN on enemies unfortunate enough to be nearby when you block correctly, they can easily help you set up any spell combo you like.
